Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give me a more than 24 hours notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, it's almost impossible for me to fill that time and find you a whole new time slot. Giving me enough time to rearrange my schedule quickly allows other clients to book an appointment during this time slot and allows me to squeeze people in hoping for a Christmas miracle............... LESS THAN 24 HR NOTICE: Any appointments that are canceled with LESS THAN a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s).
